I ended up having to return an order from NutraBio because, of course, I realized after the fact that I’d bought the wrong item. I was kind of expecting the whole return process to be annoying, because that’s usually how these things go, but I reached out to support and they replied quickly with clear instructions.
Once they got the return back, my refund showed up within a few days. No weird back-and-forth, no making me explain myself ten different ways, just handled like it should be. i was thinking, okay, that was surprisingly painless, and it definitely made me more comfortable ordering from them again...

My order showed up nicely packed, and the seal was tight with no leaks or anything broken. Everything looked clean and like it hadn’t been messed with. Happy with how it arrived.

Everything looked fresh, the seals were intact, and nothing had that stale supplement smell or weird clumpy texture. It felt like they actually cared about sending out products in good condition, which should be the bare minimum, but sadly isn’t always the case.

It’s a simple thing, but it matters to me. If you’re paying full price, you deserve fresh product, not something that’s been sitting around forever. I’d definitely order from them again.

I’m still not totally sold on the whole autoship thing, mostly because I wish the reminder email came a little sooner, but overall it’s been easy to manage.
